inthatcase(in this case和in that case用法上有什么区别

in this case 通常是已经发生的情况，既然如此的话。。。

例如：in this case，e have to make another appointment. 既然这样，我们另约时间吧！

in that case 通常是假设的情况，如果那样的话。。。

例如： in that case， hat could e do？假如那样，我们该怎么办呢？

所以用法上是完全不同的。
