First, ideological understanding:
The unique characteristics of college teachers stand out in comparison to secondary school teachers. College teachers strive to maximize self-actualization, pursue autonomy, individuality, diversity, and innovation in the process of education and teaching. Moreover, the object of education - the characteristics of college students - is to learn professional knowledge while developing diverse learning styles. The professional nature of colleges requires students to learn basic knowledge and theories from textbooks, but also to participate in practical aspects to consolidate their learning. Additionally, students develop some skills that are less emphasized in textbooks. The creative characteristics refer to the creative awareness and creativity in the learning process, which is a characteristic of both university students and university education.
