军官自我评价一:
As an officer who has served for nearly XX years, I have grown from a young student to a qualified revolutionary soldier and proud member of the Communist Party through the education and training of the Party organization. Upon the expiry of my service, I will make a special appraisal for the Party organization to understand and examine me, and help with education.
Over the past XX years, I have thoroughly studied the Selected Works of Mao Zedong and Selected Works of Deng Xiaoping, delved into Comrade Jiang Zemin's exposition on the important thinking of the 'Three Represents', and participated in the education of 'Soldiers' Political Knowledge Reader'. I have also taken part in the concept of value education emphasizing the glorious tradition of our party's education, party discipline education, and written nearly XX thousand words of reading notes. Through combining theory with practice, I have enhanced my political theory level, ideological and political consciousness.
During my service, I have consciously implemented the Party's line, principles, and policies, supporting the Central Committee of the Party, the Central Military Commission, and party organizations at all levels. I actively participate in organizational life, regularly report to the organization about my thoughts, and strive to complete the tasks assigned to the organization. I pay attention to learning military technology and have become a pacesetter in military training. To improve my overall quality and cultural level, I also participated in correspondence courses, computer science, English language courses, and other cultural pursuits in my free time.
In daily life, I observe strict self-discipline, treat people with integrity, unity among comrades, respect for leadership, eagerness to help my comrades solve learning difficulties, enthusiasm for social welfare undertakings, and contributions to the Hope Project. With the company's "Lei Feng Group", I have insisted on using the holidays to serve the local masses for good deeds.

Although initially feeling particularly suited to military training due to its tiredness and pain, I have persevered through it all, even during moments of exhaustion not relaxing my own standards. Orders are followed strictly, and although I may be tired or encounter difficulties, I do not give up.
Military training taught me how to become a qualified soldier is not easy. More discipline is required than I could ever imagine. To be a soldier, one must obey discipline and orders. My military uniform already makes me half a soldier. Through rigorous military training in my own requirements, my physical and military skills have been honed even stronger. This kind of bitter and tiring experience may never meet again, but I will encounter even more challenging tasks. I believe that after military training, I will not fear any hardship and bravely face all challenges, no matter how serious the task is, I will continue to complete it.
Military training is also a team effort where hard training creates a well-trained unit. We march, side by side with guns, kettle drums, everywhere unified action. We care for each other, share experiences, and work together to make our unit more cohesive. Although our unit has only been formed for a short period of ten days, it has been firmly remembered in each of the hearts of our members. We created it with pride and are proud of it!

As of April 30th this year, I have been transferred to ____ for six months. I have consistently adhered to respect for leadership, unity with colleagues, humility in learning professional knowledge from main officers and military comrades while striving to improve my operational capacity. Under the guidance of our squad leader, I have been able to better complete other tasks assigned by superiors while fulfilling my own duties. I take this opportunity to truthfully report on my past year's performance in work and study to the squad leader. In general, it can be summarized as follows:
Firstly, I obey orders and obey regulations. I actively collaborate with squad leaders to complete tasks, consciously abide by rules and regulations while conscientiously studying the "core values of contemporary revolutionary soldiers" and implementing the important thinking of the party's line, principles, policies as well as higher-level instructions.
Secondly, I firmly establish the idea of being rooted in the troops and dedicated to serving the police force by loving my position and taking pride in my work. Through diligent study and hard work in my own field, I offer my services to the detachment.
Thirdly, I hold strict demands on myself, adhere to principles while resolutely fighting against all violations of laws and discipline. Despite being a pilot, I do not relax my own standards but rather hold them to a higher degree while never compromising on principles.
Fourthly, I consciously abide by laws and regulations while actively studying national laws along with force regulations to conscientiously study and always remain as a loyal guard for the party and people.
