Part One:
With over six months in the project department of Hengyuan Company, these days have been a blend of success, failure, joy, and distress. Under the guidance of leadership and with the support of my colleagues, my professional abilities have greatly improved.
In the department, I understand our shortcomings and the direction of our efforts. I am engaged in measurements, construction tests, and other related tasks. Besides my work in the construction department, I also strive to learn more about my colleagues' knowledge and communication skills. After two weeks of measurement practice, I received a more comprehensive and systematic exercise and learned many skills and knowledge that cannot be learned from books.
I remember during the first week of internship, we were all very excited. Although the first few days were relatively relaxed, we began our measurement practice with finding control points under the guidance of our teacher. We thought that the next week would be very easy too but it wasn't. Although we encountered some difficulties, we all learned a lot from this experience - learning many things that are not often covered in regular learning environments. I enjoy thinking and summarizing; therefore, I have summarized the following points:
1. To grow up and try to take some responsibility. We are born with a kind of inertia whether as individuals or as a team. If we are in an inert atmosphere, our efficiency will not be high but if everyone has a strong sense of responsibility and takes some responsibility then our efficiency will improve not only in terms of speed but also in terms of task accomplishment.
2. Infectivity is very important within a team as it helps create a good atmosphere for collaboration wherein someone can actively think about certain problems which are then solved by everyone in unison rather than just following a herd mentality which often leads to negative outcomes if someone has a negative mindset about things or tasks assigned to them within a team or organization which can be rectified by positive thinking which helps everyone face challenges together through thick and thin - like working outdoors in colder weather conditions etc., we all bear these situations together learning from our mistakes every step of the way which helps us form better teams by understanding each other’s challenges & pressures & working together for a common goal as one unit without any personal conflicts by compromising on certain things & thinking humbly about our work rather than being arrogant about our self-esteem which helps us achieve our goals by working together with everyone doing their bit without any fear or hesitation towards any task big or small!
